Cognitive Behavior Modification
This works on your mental addiction to smoking. It will remove your desire for cigarettes BEFORE you actually stop smoking. This is what makes quitting so easy.
This is important since the addiction to smoking is 80% mental and 20% physical
We’ll do this by:
- Changing your thinking patterns that trigger you
to smoke
- Developing individual strategies to avoid smoking
in situations that used to trigger cravings

Aversion Therapy
This little known method works on your subconscious mind to reject cigarettes by creating negative associations to smoking which will turn you against cigarettes.
By the end of the program smoking will be repulsive to you.
This method has the highest success rate of any other method available

Diet
This works on your physical addiction to smoking (the other 20%) by making temporary dietary changes and adding supplements that will help to:
- Overcome the body’s physical addiction
- Lessen cravings
- Suppress your appetite so you don’t gain weight
- Control blood sugar levels
- Diminish physical withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, poor concentration and low energy
